General Introduction to Web Analytics II

This 1-day workshop follows General Introduction to Web Analytics I, and targets a little more complex topics about online marketing performance measurement.

This is an essential workshop if you're new to Web Analytics and do online campaigns, and e-commerce.

Contents:

  • Campaign Analysis (banners, sponsorship, emails)
  • SEO & SEM Analyses
  • Content Analysis
  • Process Analysis (output optimization. Ex.: checkout analysis)

Who should attend?
Web Managers (Marketing & Communications). IT people are most welcome, but this is NOT a technical workshop.

Prerequisite: General Introduction to Web Analytics I.

On location: My courses are given on location at your office. You don't have to send out employees away from the office, and pay for expensive travelling costs (just mine, and only partially, through easy to manage per diem).
